Make tutorials on how to make banners

ill see what i can do

kk well the dimensions that i use for banners are 450 width and 150 height. i then choose 2 colors for the background. go up to filter --> render --> clouds. then if you dont like that then hit ctrl+f to switch around the design for the clouds. after that if you want the background to look different just look through all the different filter stuff (thats what i do) until you find one you like. i sometimes use a brush type to add a little more effect. then i just usually throw a SVER logo on it (and i make it overlay so its see through) and add some characters. if you need anymore help just post a reply and ill help out some more

wait, then how come in filter there is no render option?

its under pixelate and above sharpen
